Shipping charges

Charges depend on the size and weight of the piece and on the destination country, so we quote individually when you enquire.

Customs and import taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the customer. Rates vary by country, so please check the regulations that apply where you live before ordering.

Shipping method and damage in transit

These dolls are delicate, so parcels are sent by an insured service such as EMS. Damage in transit is covered within the limits of the carrier's insurance, up to the value of the piece.

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, including the outer carton. These are required for the insurance claim, so we recommend photographing the parcel as you unpack it.
