About this piece
Displaying only the male and female pair, known as shinnō-kazari, takes less space than a tiered set and is easier to put up and pack away, which has made it a widely chosen arrangement in today's homes.
Muromachi-fū-bina is a pair of Hakata dolls that echoes the look of older Hina. Its quiet, unornate character brings out the uncluttered appeal of a simple pair display.
